Mr. Md. Sayeedur Rahman FCA is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and he has more than 40 years of experience in carrying out  accounting, financial, audit and consultancy assignments in various capacities as a professional accountant in business and in practice. Prior to joining HFC he worked for the subsidiary companies of internationally reputed multinational companies such as Philips Bangladesh Ltd, Tootal Thread Bangladesh Ltd(at Present – Coats Bangladesh Ltd) and Van Happen Fashion Manufacturing Ltd. He has gained experience in multi ethnic and multicultural environments. His present area of expertise include Income Tax, VAT, all kind of regularity compliance issues and Corporate Advisory.
